Dorota Gawęda (PL) and Eglė Kulbokaitė (LT) are an artist duo based in Basel (CH). In their practice Gawęda and Kulbokaitė engage with artistic production through collaboration and search for aberrant media that lend themselves to creating fabulative environments. Their work spans performance, text, installation, fragrance, photography, sculpture and video. The duo are also the founders of YOUNG GIRL READING GROUP ( 2013 - ) a serial performative project and a fragmented collection of texts engaged with feminisms and its weavings into the queer and minority positions, decolonialism and the more-than-human.
